Once booked, you will receive an email with the intake forms, which must be filled out before your Initial home visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: This is a Friendly reminder that our cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice in advance. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Should you need to cancel, please do so with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge. Please call us or email us at info@retrievehealthcentre.ca, or changes can be made on the online booking site.

All Physiotherapy visits can be submitted to your insurance under Physiotherapy sessions.
